Once busy spending my leisure time, I came across a quote: “Life is something that happens to you, when you are busy planning something else“. I don’t know who wrote this line, but I guess lot of his dreams must have crashed before his bare eyes. By saying this I didn’t mean to humiliate this guy, lot of my dreams have betrayed me too. There was a time when I used to think, why life is so miserable? Why every bad thing happens to me? Why should I pay for others fault? Don’t worry, I am not gonna give “there are people who suffer worse” type of philosophy. If you have ever asked this same question to yourself, just spare some time, isolate yourself from all your worries and just think, if you were victim of situation, or your own mistakes. For some of your miseries, you can definitely blame 3^rd person, but for most them, you will find yourself responsible.

Let’s take one at a time; though later requires a greater thought. You cannot control the first one anyways. He did what he had to do. It may be an accident or it may be a death of your closed one. You don’t have any control over these. It can often involve a pretty bad situation in office. You may not get what you actually deserve.

But think of the incidents where you suffered some financial loss or consider a relationship which crashed when you needed it the most. You can also think of broken promises or some unanswered calls. these have always been the major cause of your worries. ryt?

Financial Loss, a nightmare for every living being. It was your decision to invest in some crapy project or it may also be your ignorance to certain market factors, that you faced a loss. How can this be possible that you lost million dollars and your neighbor is printing money. Maybe he is having a better job, but that can make up to your income and not the loss. A lot of people live their life in EMIs. Just think when bank comes to auction your property, it was your decision to go for mortgage. We know ourselves very well. Then why is it that we fail to realize our potential? I don’t say that don’t take risk, just know your hidden self and exploit is as much as you can. Biggest thing, never ever rely on any one blindly when it comes to money. Cash can crash wisdom of the wisest saint….

This is the age when most of us go under a lot of hiccups in relationships. It involves your family, friends and of course your girl friend. We have a lot of differences with the views of our parents. I have them too. I am no saint. But whenever I think after a small disagreement, I feel so guilty. If it was not for them, their love for me, was it possible for me to be where I am now? They gave me right education and made me capable enough to think. How can I just disregard their view. I must have listened to them and should have found a mid way, which would have made us all happy.

it’s so often that we find it difficult to continue friendship with some of our friends. Think of the reasons that make you afraid of once your best friend. If I leave some really heart smashing conditions, most of the mistakes he did, you do daily but with someone else. Greatest reason being, your friend not calling you or picking up the call. He was the same person who underwent a lot of trouble for you. If he is not responding to you, isn’t this your duty find if he is actually busy or is he in some trouble? Its normal human attribute to isolate himself when he is tensed. How often you forget to call your friends when u want to be alone. Was he in the same situation when he cut your call? a lot of times we feel, I needed him and he was not ready to help me. Was this the only reason for your friendship? don’t tell me that you have never ever refused to help one of your friends, whatever may be the circumstances. We need to accept one thing. Every human being here is selfish in some way. Whatever we do we want something in return. Exceptions to this can be there, but I can assure you, you can count them on figures. So we cannot ignore our involvement in sour friendship. May be Mr. X did hurt you, but you may be Mr. X for some Mr. Y too..

Now coming to the most beautiful relationship… Love… ha ha ha… dream of all… people worship love so much, then why is it, they end up with breakups? There can be a lot of reasons… most of them I cannot comment on… one of the most complicated subjects after all…. but there are certain situation, which you can definitely avoid. Of all the miseries in love, worst of the lot, not in your control is the situation when the girl/boy was just playing with you. You can’t do any thing… she/he was a bitch/dog. So just blame them for everything. Ryt? How can you be in such a rush or how can you be so blind, that you were not able to recognize her true being. If you love her, it has to be more than looks. If you were not able to find that she was just playing, it’s definitely not love and you will definitely come out of it. But there are certain situations where you cannot blame anyone but yourself. Both of you are in a serious relationship but suddenly everything falls apart and you are miserable again. If it’s not the bollywood intercast drama, then definitely you are equally responsible for this end too. There are lot of reasons for breakup. Why is it, person you considered everything, suddenly makes you feel annoyed? Why is it, you feel yourself being possessive is fine, but if she feels possessive, you feel suffocating. You don’t have time for her, but if she cuts your call once, you yell at her. this can’t be it man. Love is something where you need to accept the person as her original self. How can you say you love her, if all you are trying to do is to change her as per your wish. It was again a selfish intention then. it is never about compromise it is always about accepting the person and believing her more than ever. Girls don’t feel flattered. it applies to you too. just replace “her” with “him” and “She” with “He”.. he he..

Sometimes we feel we are not getting what we deserve. It may be your rating or promotions too. Remember everything is relative. If you actually feel, you deserve better because you worked better than the crowd, don’t just sit and accept everything. If you are confident and can prove your stand, fight for it. Remember one thing. It’s always a give and take relationship. If you don’t fight, don’t blame the management.

Life is never easy. A lot of things will happen against your wish. When you find that it was you who is responsible for some of these, it will definitely help you to improve yourself. I am not criticizing you. After all we understand ourselves better.Ryt? So just sit and think. One thing is for sure, you love yourself so much that none of your faults can make you to despise yourself. What you can definitely do is correct those faults, blame yourself first, and find a solution. If you are not able to, then there are billions of people to blame. But it always starts with I.

If Man was a DOG!!!

When we talk about Dogs, Is it just a species with four wheel drive waging its tail or a Sniffer who can sniff anything, from your fragrance to drugs. We also use it as slang, specially it goes very well with men, that men are dogs!!! Is that all we associate with Dogs? Have you ever imagined, If man Was a Dog, This world would have been so different. I am not talking about the slang attributes of Dog or its humorous attribute like Darling of Girls, I am talking about loyalty. Imagine a world Without Betrayal.

It is well said that “our present is result of our past.” A world without betrayal would have been so different, good or bad I don’t know, but we might have inherited few good things and would have lost a few too. Every coin has 2 faces. It’s not different with loyalty too.Betrayal has always been a major factor ruling the result of Wars. Turn the pages of your History books and You can get various examples. Vibhishan betrayed Ravana; Ephialtes betrayed King Leonidas I of Sparta at the battle of Thermopylae; Tiwari, though being a close friend, betrayed Chandra Shekahr Azad. Greatest example of Betrayal was laid by Britishers, who murdered the trust of Indian kings.

When we close the book of history and look at the contemporary world, betrayal is all around us. Isn’t post marital affair a betrayal? Isn’t leaking a trade secret a betrayal? We betray ourselves daily. Every time we tell a lie, we betray the trust of a person. Every time we deviate from our goal, we betray our destiny.

Imagine, if u get a magic wand and you just remove betrayal from this world. How is this new world gonna look like? Difficult to imagine naa!! let me help you a bit. It will be a world where you won’t see a employee getting fired coz he leaked the tender price. You will never ever doubt your Friends when you talk about your Girl Friend. There would not be any need for an audit department. Raw will never have to keep an Eye on its agent, thinking that he is an ISI informer. A world so clam so quite. A world full of Love and Trust. Seems like a wonderland of Alice na!!

But as I said there is always a second face too. Devil must exist to make you feel the presence of God. Loyalty will make u feel the need of Betrayal. Don’t you think loyalty will make mafias unbeatable!! No insider to inform police about their week points. Even Lord Rama wasn’t able to kill Ravana without the help of Vibhishan. Without betrayal, life is gonna be stagnant. Remember the Dialog of a movie: “You can become a DON only after you replace your Boss.” Most important if Britishers had not betrayed Indian Kings, I don’t thing India would have been a Democracy. Even Galilio Betrayed the Church by Doing R&D on Heavenly Bodies. So when it comes to Progress, You need to betray someone or the other. Development will make you feel the existence of betrayal somewhere around you.

Anyways have u ever thought, what makes us to betray? It’s our hunger, our need and a feeling of discontent that makes us to betray someone. I don’t know world without betrayal will be good or bad, but it will be the world of Dogs. A world completely different from the world we are used too…

Chawal wale Baba!!!

You must have guessed, what this blog is all about… Ya its about the policy of Mr.  Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh. As per this policy, every family which is below poverty line is gong to get 35kg of rice per month @ 3 Rs. Per Kg. Seems nice for poors… hai na!!! it actually is. Who is going to hate such a policy which is going to give him food at a very minimal charge??? But is this actually good for society??? I don’t think so.. You are making them lazy. They have lost their habit to work. They are getting wages much more than they actually deserve. I don’t know what’s the situation in your region, but in my region its getting worse. Let me explain it:

 

If you give such facilities to a person who gives shit to saving, who lives life as if there is no tomorrow. A person who won’t work if he has enough to eat, to hell with the future. What will be the outcome?? Well I won’t support such nasty peoples. A government tries to improve their situation but they are so much addicted to this poverty they are not ready to leave it. How can you raise a community if they are not at all considerate for future. What they need is food for that particular day and a most important thing: A bottle of local alcohol. If you give such a crowd enough bread without making them do any thing, what is going to happen?? The policy of Raman Singh is doing the same. Labours have become too lazy. They have lost the urge to work in them. Its true for everyone. You give a man enough to survive free of cost, he will forget his role in the society.

 

Today labours have become the most expensive and covet resource. They are taking a unjustified advantage. This vote bank policy of Raman Singh won him the seat, but I don’t think this is going to last long. I am strictly against this policy. Give them money when they work. Its justified. But paying them without making them do any thing is just bull shit.

 

Waise how can govt. provide them rice so cheep?? Answer is so simple. Go to the grocery shop near by and you will get the answer. They are getting rice at 3 Rs. per Kg, and you are paying the difference. Wow!!! Amazing na!!! More to add the fire, Central government has decided to apply it to all the other states…. Overall we are screwed by this policy for vote bank!!!!!

Man Vs Machines...

This is one of the hottest topics of discussion since the era of industrial revolution. people say machines are taking place of human labour, they r making us unemployed, so they must not be used extensively. Earlier I also thought the same. but now I don’t think i can endorse my previous stand any more...

 

"No lunch is free in this world"

When you pay a man, u expect him to work for you. people rise against machines very often. But imagine a situation where people keep on criticizing machines and don’t work either. Are you going to support it? Well if you have earned your money and not inherited it, you r definitely going to resist it. Imagine a world where u are paying more than the efficiency of a labour and still u have to beg before them to work!!! This seems the world of Alice, isn't it?? Then I must say I am Alice leaving in wonderland.

 

When u open any industry or start any work, you depend on labours to do it. u always set a target, by which u expect your project to be completed. Imagine a situation where you have enough capital to invest, but your main capital i. e. labour becomes unreliable. Your target becomes a night mare. You are paying labours what they demand, but you can’t utter a single word regarding their inefficiency, u can’t ask them to work rather than wasting time. That’s not enough, you give them money which can offer them bread for few days and they won’t show at work for next few days. They think I got the bread for a weak, to hell with the project, I will join it again when I have wont have enough to eat. How can u rely on them???

 

What if they won’t have any crisis of food??? What if they get enough to eat without doing any work??? There will be 2 possibilities only:

 

1. Either u let them waste your time and money and f*** your project.

2. Or just employees machines and kick them out of the project. It won’t affect              them, coz still they will have enough to eat.

 

This situation is going on today. They are given enough money, more than what they actually deserve. They are getting nil interested in doing work. They are the people who will betray you, when you actually need them. Will you leave your production in their hands?? Well I won’t. I think they have left us with no other option but machines....

The Agony of a Shopkeeper...

Through this blog I am not going to discuss anything about the profit, loss or risk involved in business. Its something no one ever noticed. A punishment, person gets coz he is the owner of a shop. Leaving apart the fate of business, first i would like to tell something about the routine a shopkeeper follows..

Open the shop by 9.30 am. Clean the shop and then attend the customers. You leave the shop not before 9.00 pm. Ya it includes the lunch break of about an hour. A job for about 12 hours a day and on holiday. Even the day when shop is closed, he has got a lot of work to do. To make the accounts and keep note of credit and debits. Also keep account of inventory. Make payments for the good. This is a general routine. But its his fate he cant avoid.


I wont call it an agony either. Its the part of the job. The path to the goal you choosed. What is the actual agony then? Its a jurisdiction of society to which a shopkeeper is subjected. When ever the social systems undergoes a turmoil, a fracture, its the shopkeeper, who makes the payment for its repair. Have you ever thought who suffer when ever there is a rampage? (leave the dead apart. Mobs never ask who you are when the kill you)

Who suffers when ever there is any political band? Its the shopkeeper ofcourse. Its him whose shop is destroyed. He bears the lose of property. The mob just go, breaks in the shop and loots him. He is the one who is bitten up, when he tries to protect his shop.

When ever there is a band, government employees enjoy holiday, private companies don’t deduct your salary. Who suffers? Shopkeeper. He has to close his shop. Impacting his days sale. He dont get a salary. He earns when he sells something. Any of such activity, directly impacts his earning. You may think how much a single day band will impact a shopkeeper? I agree to a established shop it wont impact much. But what about the shops of poor people? A cobbler, a tri cycle rider? They have to face the crisis.

This the agony of a shopkeeper. Which he hadn't choose but has to suffer. A agony that can be avoided but never will be..
